Staffing Consultant Responsibilities

• Responsible for candidate recruitment within our contract services divisions
• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates on-assignment, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies
• Source utilizing internet research, social media, networking, resume databases, job postings, and other advertising
• Write biographies of candidates
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide feedback
• Perform reference checks and administer background checks
• Represent Beacon Hill at job fairs and recruiting events
• Merit-based promotion to Senior Staffing Consultant averaging nine to 18 months

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants will be hardworking as well as self-motivated with strong interpersonal and written communication skills
