Kenworth Division of PACCAR is hiring a Technical Account Manager to join our Service Platform’s team in Renton, Washington.

Requisition Summary
The Technical Account Manager works directly with our dealer network and service management program stakeholders to solve technical issues, improve the software product, and drive utilization and customer success. We are looking for a technical account manager with a strong sense of ownership, passion to provide a great customer experience, and excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
In this role you will provide tactical and technical support to the Kenworth dealer network and internal stakeholders related to their use of, or integration with, PACCAR Service Management products. You will provide the strategy to review business applications and cloud services for compliance with our policies and investigate application integration problems with APIs, enterprise customers, and PACCAR.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on an operational support strategy that helps our customers continue to grow and be successful using the Service Management product.
- Manage key account relationships for the Kenworth dealer network.
- Exhibit a passion for operational excellence by solving customer issues while teaching customers to optimize business impact.
- Develop a passion for educating, training, and enabling product users.
- Mentor and role model for your colleagues.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to support product definition requirements and project scope.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical account manager, business analyst, or similar technical role.
- Experience as a SME and escalation point for operations teams, developers, and internal business partners.
- Demonstrate ability to generate technical solutions based on business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Working knowledge of application technology stack and requirements for integration into the business environment.
- Experience with, and knowledge of, information systems, SQL, and Tableau.
- Highly self-motivated and flexible with focus on delivery.
- Able to travel as needed ≤ 10%.
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or applicable degree required. Master’s Degree Preferred.
