Insight Global San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Full-Time

Insight Global is seeking an Environmental Scientist to join a team supporting the United States Air Force at the Air Force Civil Engineering Center, headquartered in San Antonio, TX. This role involves providing expert environmental consulting and oversight to Air Force personnel. The Environmental Scientist will be responsible for offering guidance on environmental processes in compliance with CERCLA and RCRA regulations, ensuring adherence to federal EPA policies and standards. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000.

* Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Management or related field.

* Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in environmental restoration preferably accomplished under the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA)

* Experience with the Air Force environmental restoration program (ERP)

* Experience in facilitating meetings

* Experience in conflict resolution/moderation

* Technical writing experience

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Ability to organize and gather project data, conduct analysis, prepare reports and provide recommendations without assistance.

* Experience utilizing and applying computer software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) including developing presentations
