Under the general supervision of the Manager, the Administrative Assistant performs general clerical and administrative duties to assure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis.
Part-Time Administrative Assistant (4 days a week, 10 AM - 3 PM)
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Maintain lobby refreshments and professional appearance of conference rooms
- Arrange class schedule and refreshments for monthly continuing education classes hosted by the office
- Maintain client database and data entry
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- 2 or more years of administrative experience required.
- Social media knowledge preferred.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office and strong communication skills
