Kforce has a client in Oldsmar, FL that is seeking a Accounting Clerk. Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Clerk will perform general office tasks like organizing and delivering documents, filing reports, updating records and communicating with clients with a focus on financial duties
  • Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
  • Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current
  • The Accounting Clerk will be recording information, processing, and filing forms
  • Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports
  • Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies
  • Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles
  • Responding appropriately to a vendor, client, and internal requests
  • As an Accounting Clerk, you will be ensuring the Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently


  • Previous experience within accounting
  • Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
  • Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
