Job Description

Company is in the hunt for a savvy Sales leader with a proven track record growing high performance sales teams.  Through great leadership and effective sales operations this individual will solidify our position as the industry leader.  The right candidate will be passionate about driving revenue growth and collectively growing our business.  

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and growth of our P&L through effective sales strategies.
  • Build a high performance environment where our teams are empowered to sell the appropriate solutions to the right customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate reporting to COO, CEO and executive team.
  • Partner with Executives across the business to provide insight of sales needs and sales performance on a regular and ongoing basis.
  • Execute a high velocity of sales transactions while congruently being able to identify enterprise opportunities and provide C-Suite level presentations.  
  • Effectively engage in fostering strong relationships with our prospective customers.
  • Providing leadership direction and mentoring to our sales organization.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience leading sales teams. Preferably in the Software space.
  • A strong track record of executing against aggressive revenue targets.
  • Proven track record in process improvement  and ownership of sales development process.  
  • Ability to manage multiple sales forces across multiple business segments.
  • Willingness to travel  10% to 20% to participate in executive sales presentations, tradeshows and corporate events.
  • Experience calling on major accounts and national accounts selling complex solutions.
  • Experienced negotiator, self-motivated, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
