- Triage and assign issues in the designated software program as they come through.
- Track and assign the issue to the correct group to take action
- Monitor a shared email box and input data into the system
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Data entry experience. Strong typing skills!
Hours for this Position:
- Monday to Friday; 8am-5pm with possible OT
