- Asking additional questions to help specify the caller’s destination
Requirements for Healthcare Phone Operator:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or similar high-volume call setting
- Understanding of Medical Terminology
- Computer and customer service skills
Hours for this Position:
- Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
