We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Associate to assists customers by phone or in-person with product selection, quotations and delivery methods. The qualified candidate will provide superior customer service and follow up to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction on all orders. In addition, the successful Inside Sales Associate will identify opportunities to grow customer base, increase sales and gross margin.

- Provides customer with timely quotations, estimates, terms, and delivery methods.
- Secures sales order or follows up with customer as necessary to obtain order.
- Prepares cash or charge sales ticket for processing and applies appropriate customer pricing.
- Ensures timely delivery of materials to customer by follow up on order.
- Resolves customer concerns promptly and involves vendors or other departments, as needed for appropriate resolution.
- Provides assistance to counter sales as needed.
2-3 years of electrical sales experience is preferred. Candidate must have strong mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills; proven organization skills; computer skills including Microsoft Office experience.
