DLA Piper is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our litigation department. The primary location for this position is New York, but we will also consider candidates located in Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Short Hills, Wilmington and Washington, DC. Candidates must have experience with investigations and government enforcement actions. FCPA experience is preferred. Qualified applicants must have strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and the requisite academic credentials. Candidates fluent in Spanish will be considered a plus. Applicants must be admitted to the jurisdiction in which they are applying.

In accordance with New York Citys Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, is $250,000-$345,000.The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidates geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
