Marketing Project Manager
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing cross-functional operational support to our product, digital, and wholesale marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to streamline processes that drive the business forward and ensure the successful end-to-end execution of marketing activities.
You'll manage stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines while solving problems and working across departments. Success in this role requires excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with a team.
The details:
Location: Great work doesn't have to happen in the office, but here at HydroPeptide we appreciate in-person connection. This role will work from our Issaquah office and from home.
Hours/Contract: Full Time, working typical PST business hours
Physical requirements: Ability to handle long periods of both sitting and screen time
Travel requirements: n/a
What you will love doing:
Work with the marketing director to create and implement project management processes that keep teams aligned and focused on timely delivery of assets.
Review and assess incoming project requests and briefs. Partner with stakeholders as needed for additional information.
Coordinate and track project statuses through workflow management systems, ensuring the highest quality delivery and flawless execution.
Manage day-to-day marketing activities to ensure seamless execution and workflow management.
Hold team members accountable for delivering tasks, with quality, by proactively leading and removing daily blockers that interfere with project success factors.
Ensure creative is distributed to all teams (product, marketing, and sales).
Help manage the editing of educational content and then distribute the edited versions to the appropriate marketing managers.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors.
Product Development:
- Create and manage all timelines and cross-functional communication from concept to delivery of all new product launches.
- Calculate the quantity and coordinate the allocations of all new products, samples and sets to each sale division; International, US Wholesale and ecommerce.
- Proactively identify potential problems throughout the product development, new product launch process and trouble shoot issues to keep projects running on time and within budget.
- Ensure creative assets are developed and shared across sales, education and marketing divisions.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage delivery and execution of the marketing calendar to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Provide digital advertising agency with the creative assets necessary to run ad sets.
- Create an organized platform for creative assets to be housed and accessed.
- Manage asset/copy/etc delivery for all websites.
- Provide marketing platform providers with the creative assets needed to execute marketing programs.
Wholesale Marketing:
- Create and execute a process that provides Sales Director the marketing assets needed to achieve sales objectives.
- Help manage the editing of educational content and then distribute the edited versions to the appropriate marketing managers.
Other responsibilities as required and as the position evolves.
We want you to have:
- 3+ years of marketing and project management experience
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively with multiple managers, reporting to Director of Marketing while taking directions from other senior executives
- Proficient using MS Office suite
