Production Labor

We have an immediate need for Production Workers at our manufacturing facility on the West Gulf Coast of Mississippi.

Production Workers are responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the production of our products while following standard work methods. practicing safe work habits, remain in compliance at all time to policies and procedures set forth by OSHA and Management. Production Workers are expected to work 7 days a week/12 hour shifts, must be flexible and prepared to work the scheduled assigned to you. Essential Functions: • Carry out verbal and written instructions from supervisors and leads • Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected • Complete jobs in a timely fashion to ensure on time shipment • Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. • Set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools. • Maintain a clean and safe work area. • Read and interpret work instructions, then execute work per instructions • Perform regular and basic preventative maintenance checks and tasks • Work with quality and production teams to identify areas for process improvement Minimum Qualifications: Skills, Experience and Education: • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to read and understand written instructions • Average Math Skills • Prior experience in a
 production environment a plus Other Requirements: • Ability to prioritize and use time efficiently • A focus on problem solving and teamwork • Good visual acuity Must be able to work in a non-controlled environment, lift up to 50 lbs. at a regular pace, stand on feet for long periods of time, be able to bend, reach overhead, push and pull using power grasp as well as simple grasp.
