Human Resource Coordinator
As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some diverse people around the world.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
*Providing administrative support by performing a wide range of specialized duties, such as
*Assistance in recruiting efforts for all production/maintenance/warehouse positions
*System-related transactions and procedures
*Running daily reports for Plant Leadership Team
*Coordinating meetings, conferences, and agendas as necessary
*Administration on highly confidential information related to compensation, performance, and attendance
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
*High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
*Three (3) years of combined experience in a human resources function, an administrative support function, and/or secretarial/clerical role in a private, public, government or military environment
