Provide exceptional client and customer-focused service using multiple channels of communication, such as email, phone and chat. Must be comfortable with handling 40-50 inbound calls daily!
Place customer orders, answer pricing and availability inquires, process returns, and locate missing shipments.
Troubleshoot and de-escalate customer issues while accessing information from a variety of systems and references, seeking to achieve the best solution.
Serve as a resource and effectively interact with all team members in order to resolve customers' needs, special projects and other duties as assigned.
Help customer quickly and professionally to ensure they have a great customer experience.
This position pays $18-21/hr starting
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
