A Portland based global company is looking for a very technically proficient HR professional to join their team as their HRIS Analyst. This company is implementing Workday Human Capital Management across all divisions and this position will be part of the production support team and have the opportunity to help influence the future direction of this large organization.
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Management System Manager, the HRIS Analyst performs the following essential duties and responsibilities:
•Provide day-to-day System support for Workday HCM, Benefits and Compensation
•Oversee administration of Workday business process to include best practice of system setup; oversee correction work when required with related action, and drive consistent practice
•Understand business requirements and ensure Workday functionality is configured and tested to meet those requirements
•Prepare testing strategy, test scripts and conduct end user testing
•Collaborate with HR and Stakeholders to define business requirements, develop custom reports and build appropriate reporting and metrics
•Establish and maintain user system access, roles and permissions
•Lead and manage releases, researching new functionality and recommending enhancements as applicable
•Monitor vendor interfaces, including integration points, interface processing, error identification and resolution
•Execute mass loading of data through Workday EIB
