Robert Half Finance Accounting has partnered with an outside company to find their next Payroll Administrator! Are you seeking a challenging Payroll Administrator role? If so, Kimberly Casey has an opportunity with an industry leader that you might be interested in. This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Coburg, Oregon area. You'll want to apply for this fantastic opportunity as soon as you can! The Payroll Administrator ensures payroll production for employees is timely accurate. You will be successful in this role if you have the ability to communicate effectively deliver strong internal customer service while working in a deadline-driven environment. Duties to include lending a hand to staff with pay related issues, general questions related to payroll, PTO accruals, wage deductions fringe benefits. Supervising quarterly year-end payroll reports, Collaborating with Information Technology, Human Resources other internal business partners to ensure security protocols for pay systems, Devise systems protocols to direct the collection, calculation entering of pay data. Overseeing regular payroll reporting as required assisting with financial audits related to pay records associated general ledger, Obey to current payroll tax requirements relevant laws associated with the processing of employee wage data, including payroll taxes, employee Federal State income social security taxes other required reporting Prepare voluntary deductions, as well as wage garnishments, pay levies other involuntary court-ordered payments in a timely manner, including reporting to the necessary authorities. Evaluate data entered by others in the payroll software to include, but not limited to salary/wage increases, benefit deductions, employee termination dates employee leaves of absence under FMLA or other unpaid leave as well as Looking into payroll areas, pay practices related to FLSA fringe benefit reporting to determine how those practices apply to advise management. Job Requirements

- Comprehensive knowledge of Paycom - Payroll for over 500 employees experience preferred - HR (Human Resources) experience - Strong familiarity with HRIS - Accomplished in processing liens, various withholdings, and garnishments - Experience in working with HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets - CPP or FPC recommended - 3+ years of payroll experience If interested, send resume to Kimberly Casey at or call Kimberly Casey at 541-345-9930
