Part Time Monday– Friday
15 - 20hrs. a week temporary until end of 2021
Payroll: 2 years (Required)

The Payroll Administrator will process biweekly payroll, provide oversight of employee time records, manage the collection, recording, and sharing of employee payroll-related information, perform audits of payroll and time data, interface with HR and Finance staff, and communicate solutions and answers to employee questions.
• Utilize Kronos and Lawrence payroll systems
• Complete Clerical duties
• Complete data entry of employee timesheets
• Complete data entry of all new hires
• Maintain and file all W4/DD paperwork
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Job Type: Part time; Temporary until end of 2021
Payroll: 2 years (Required)
Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
Paid weekly on Fridays
