Job Description

Our client, a reputable company in Freehold, is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team.

Salary/Rate: $16/hr

Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, providing general office support and supporting executives as needed.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Reconcile and submit expense reports
  • Update and maintain office policy and procedure
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Book travel arrangements for various department members
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:

  • 1-3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
