This is a supervisory position responsible for providing analysis, research and advice on Wireless and VoIP regulatory issues. This position is expected to supervise other regulatory subject-matter experts in support of Charter’s business objectives. Prior experience with wireless state and federal legislation and regulations are essential.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Review and provide comments on state and federal voice legislation and regulations, prior to and following enactment.
Manage compliance with state and federal wireless/VoIP regulations and legislation, including regulatory compliance reviews.
Responsible for working with in-house counsel to acquire and comply with federal and state wireless/VoIP requirements.
Work effectively with internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate regulatory and compliance guidance.
Perform and coordinate regulatory research and analysis.
Supervise regulatory subject-matter experts.

Bachelor's Degree in business, political science, telecommunications or related field, or equivalent experience
