We are currently looking for those who have had some assembly experience using hand tools. Once you start you will receive on the job training in the assembly of commercial HVAC water-cooled chillers. The right candidate will be trained during 1st shift and eventually be moved to 2nd shift in January 2023. Some lifting is required. You can start working in as little as a few days in an environmentally controlled facility which includes a full service cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch. Our team works hard but in a relaxed and casual atmosphere where production goals are focused on Quality not Quantity. The normal work schedule for 1st shift is 6:00am- 2:30 pm Monday- Friday. Once you move to 2nd shift hours will be from 4:30pm to 1 am with potential overtime on Friday/Saturday as required to meet production goals. Safety toe shoes are required but not provided. Mandatory overtime when required.

salary: $16.5 - $17.5 per hour

  • Final installation of end cap and other components

  • Reading blueprints and follow work instructions

  • Follow all safety guidelines

  • Meet daily production goals and adhere to all safety guidelines

  • Available to work overtime including Fridays and Saturdays when needed

  • 2nd shift candidates must first train on 1st for a few weeks or until 2nd shift opens

  • (1st shift hours are 6am to 4:30pm with mandatory overtime Fridays & Saturdays)

The essential functions of this role include:

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • standing for 10 hours at one time

  • working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

  • working weekends


  • mechanical aptitude (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • use of hand tools (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Material Handling (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Blueprints
