Strategic Financial Analyst - Corp M&A

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is a global Medical Technologies Provider, seeking a M&A Strategic Financial Analyst for its Bedford, MA office. The Strategic Analyst will provide strategic FP&A support and will liaison across Corporate FP&A and the Corporate Development team. This position will have hybrid work flexibility, 2-3 days/week in office and 2-3 days/week remote. Responsibilities:- The Strategic Financial Analyst will perform and support financial analysis of potential acquisitions and coordination of due diligence for the Corporate Development Team
- Identify and research potential acquisition opportunities through market analysis and interactions with business partners
- Research and analyze high priority strategic markets, including industry mapping and deep dives into targeted M&A and partnership opportunities
- Develop financial projections & valuation analysis for acquisition targets
- Support related financial analysis and reporting activities from pre-acquisition through post-acquisition and integration
- Involved with budgeting and forecasting for assigned business units
- The Strategic Financial Analyst will provide strategic financial insights when performing analysis and reporting
- Ad-hoc analysis, financial modeling, and additional responsibilities as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.S./B.A. required
- * 2-6 years of related experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, corporate FP&A, or other analytical finance roles
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with financial modelling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with
- Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take initiative and create concise and decision supporting analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
