 Lehigh Technical Service www.lehightechnical.com  has been in business over 50 years serving all the major Authorities’ and Utilities’ in NY and Metro area.  They are coming to us right now to find an Administrative Level III Part Time -for long term contract position if you are interested please send me your resume  MUST HAVE GREAT EXCEL SKILLS TO APPLY 
Location 14th Street Manhattan (19-00511)
.Inputs case information into a case management system and prepares corresponding Microsoft Outlook file and hard copy folder with case information. 
. Analyzes and reports on case and trend data (for quarterly statistics, and for annual report purposes, etc.) 
 Completes various projects which support the running of the office (e.g., maintains a SharePoint or related site, arranges for the printing of office brochures, and other administrative duties, etc.) 
. Conducts employee intake meetings as needed and develops options for employees for how to resolve their concerns 
Education - Essential
Bachelor’s Degree and three years of related work experience preferred, or High School Diploma and five years related work experience required.
                                                                        
Experience - (Discuss type and depth of experience)
Experience as an assistant or other service-oriented field is preferred.  Must possess strong computer and calendar management skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including filtering, creating pivot tables & charts), Word and PowerPoint is strongly preferred. 
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Must possess excellent analytical skills.  Must possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and produce an accurate work product.  Must be discreet and respect the confidentiality associated with the office.  Must be adaptable, possess great initiative and work with little direction.  Must possess excellent organizational and follow-up/follow-through skills.
Experience working with all levels of bargaining unit and management employees is preferred.  Experience in Project Management is preferred.  Knowledge of the Company structure is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel within the boroughs service territory, as required
