Job Title: Materials & Supply Planning Expert 2

Location: Danvers, MA 01923

Duration: 6 plus Months (Possible ext.)

Notes: Candidates will start onsite training and then move to remote for a while

Your Role:

• As part of the Integrated Supply Chain Operations of the Life Science Division of client, Network Planning is responsible for the execution of processes related to product availability.
• Our missions is to optimize our inventory to ensure the right products, a the right quantity in the right place meet our Customers demand within a global network.
• Develop action plans to improve customer service levels and KPI performance.
• The open position is reporting to the Head of Network Planning- Custom Products and is based in Danvers, MA.
• The position is a hire aimed to reinforce the existing Network Planning team and support additional activities.
• Communication with Distribution Centers, Production, Customer Services to improve overall service.
• Responsible for the requirements planning and stocking in the Distribution Centers
• Release of daily orders for intercompany supplies
• Coordination of the supply chain between supplying and global receiving sites
• Monitor action and address backorder situations
• Support improvement activities for overall service levels
• Perform duties as assigned

Minimum requirements:

• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Oracle or SAP highly preferred
• APICS certification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in supply chain planning
• Solid analytical skills
