National Accounts Business Development Executive

Carrier Enterprise, LLC Carrollton, TX Full Time

Carrier Enterprise has an opening for a National Accounts Business Development Executive. Carrier Enterprise sells HVAC equipment and related parts and supplies through multiple sales channels. We execute these sales via our 8 Region US network as well as on a customer direct basis through our CE National Accounts online selling portal.

Responsibilities: As the National Accounts Business Development Executive you will be responsible for delivering business objectives around revenue growth, gross margin attainment and EBIT performance. This position supports our current and growing National Accounts business as well as being a Hunter role for additional National Accounts opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities

* Achieve sales & performance objectives for National Accounts program growth within the US

* Develop and manage delivery of on-going training and education programs for National Accounts customers

* Be familiar with our product lineup and the support structure behind it

* Work tirelessly to fill the National Accounts opportunity pipeline and help develop and deliver value added marketing activity in pursuit of said pipeline

* Minimum 3-5 years’ large regional or national account B2B sales experience.

* Must have strong communication skills, strong worth ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales

* Previous experience in sales preferably within the HVAC or distribution industry

* Must possess & illustrate ability to meet and exceed sales objectives

* Ability to work flexible hours to participate in evening and weekend events

* Established professional network in the National Accounts space

* Must be a self-starter, articulate and possess excellent presentation, phone and written communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft applications: Power Point, Excel and Word. Salesforce knowledge a plus

* Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial work environment, take initiative, open and direct communication across multiple reporting structures

* Be a problem solver. Ability to gather facts and make decisions quickly. Adjust approach as necessary based on results

Educational Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
