Your Role and Responsibilities

As an SAP Functional Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

+ Leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel. Modules included but not limited to: FM, FI, WFM, SD, PS, AM, CO, MM, SD, WM, IM, SMD, SCM(APO).

+ Lead the SAP implementation and post-production tasks, support functionality design, planning and implementation

+ Directs and controls activities for customer, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

+ At least 10 years of SAP experience

+ Ability to earn a DoD Secret clearance

+ Experience in overseeing Supply Master Data interfaces and requirement changes, assisting in the development of functional requirements and specifications and coordinating functional testing of Supply Master Data interfaces and processes

+ Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting various SAP modules, such as ECC, BW, SCM, SRM, etc (in a Tier 3 environment)

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
