Start Date: February 18
Role: Call Center Agent
Duration: 6 month Contract to hire
Interview Process: one and done onsite interviews on Friday 2/8 (with Call Center Team Lead).
Notes from the Manager:
Looking for strong customer support individuals to work with internal population. Prior banking experience is preferred (note required). Should be well-spoken with the ability to effectively communication with external and internal customers and clients. An assistant manager from a retail space would be ideal.
- Well spoken
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and clients (internal/external)
- Prior banking experience preferred
- Prior call center experience required
- Teller experience could work as well – just good customer service skills
- Doesn’t have to be very technical but would be a plus
- A degree is preferred
6 Week Training Program
- Half and Half / Classroom & on the floor
- Will sit side by side with other agents
- Will not be on the floor without supervision for awhile
