Broadridge is growing! We are looking for a contract Trust Operations Associate to join our dynamic team based out of our Denver, CO office. In this role, you will process both manual and automated settlement and disbursement requests from Third Party Administrator (TPA) clients. You will also provide outstanding customer service by replying to email inquiries and speaking with clients over the phone.

This is a temporary, contract role expected to last approximately 12 months, with the potential to go full time. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

+ Review and process Third Party Administrator (TPA) files and requests

+ Answer customer inquiries received via phone and email, occasionally assisting supervisor with escalated calls

+ Process, balance, and release daily settlement files

+ Process manual disbursement requests

+ Process billing charges for safekeeping/custodial work processed on a daily and monthly basis

+ Maintain customer files and records

+ Handle more intricate research inquiries from customers/clients to resolve any problems and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

+ Associate or Bachelors degree preferred

+ Some financial experience and a knowledge of the Trust business preferred

+ Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

+ Knowledge of basic business processes and computer applications (Trust systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word)

+ Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills

+ Analytical and problem solving abilities

+ Must have the ability to prioritize work to meet daily deadlines

+ Fundamental understanding of retirement plans, benefit payments and distribution processing preferred
