Digital Dental Lab Technician

Royal Dental Labs, Inc. is a leading dental lab that specializes in digital dentistry. We use the latest technology and equipment to produce high-quality dental restorations, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, and more. We are looking for a skilled and experienced digital dental lab technician to join our growing team.

As a digital dental lab technician, you will be responsible for:

1. Scanning, designing, and fabricating dental restorations using CAD/CAM software and a 3D printer.
2. Performing quality control checks and ensuring accuracy and consistency of the final products.
3. Communicating with dentists and dental assistants to ensure optimal results and customer satisfaction, also providing tech support and training.
4. Developing and following lab protocols and safety standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a digital dental lab technician or a similar role.
2. Experience working with dental lab 3D printing.
3. Knowledge of dental anatomy, materials, and terminology.
4. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
6. Excellent communication skills are necessary.
7. Experience with traditional restorations a plus.
