Compensation: $110000.00 to $140000.00 yearly
Controller $110-140K + Bonus
South Jersey industrial leader seeks a Controller with ten (10)+ years’ public/private accounting and finance experience for their winning team! As the Controller, your responsibilities would include but limited to: preparation and review of financial statement on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Maintain and develop financial and operational controls that insure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, and subsequent financial reporting. Review financials and SOX compliance guidelines. Consolidate financial statement reports on a GAAP Basis. Supervise and development of accounting staff. In this role, you will prepare and review all daily and monthly reports on cash flow analysis, accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable. Develop budgets and forecasting expenses for operating programs, control cost, increase cash flow and projects.

- CPA
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Budgeting, forecasting and analysis experience.
- Strong ERP skills
- Excel/JD Edwards/Great Plains/SAP++ knowledge required
- Must possesses strong financial reporting and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field
- Financial reporting experience
- Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued
