QA Tester

1. Oversee system specifications and analyze them.
2. Develop test plan, prescription, and procedure along with the QA engineers.
3. Run manual or automated test cases on source codes and evaluate the result.
4. Study product code keeping in mind user specifications.
5. Document all the phases of tests as well as the defects.
6. Report test results to the development team.
7. Help in troubleshooting issues.
8. Perform tests before the final release of the product.
9. Ensure all activities pertaining to the software development life-cycle adhere to the quality standards of the organization.

Job Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related courses.
2. Proven experience as a QA Tester or in other relevant roles.
3. Good understanding of agile framework and regression testing techniques.
4. Ability to prepare proper detailed reports and documents.
5. Working knowledge of test management software, programming languages like SQL, and other QA methodologies.
6. Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
7. Teamwork spirit and organizational skills.
