Job Description: Tired of the daily grind of accounting? If so, read on. As a Business Development Manager with CFS, you will focus on creating and building relationships with hiring managers in Accounting Finance departments at target accounts. The focus of the Business Development Manager is to sell our temporary, project-based staffing services and direct-hire placement services. The sales process involves prospecting and account management via phone contact, email campaigns, face-to-face sales visits, lunch meetings, and networking.
