This opening is for 6 month Temp to Hire Assembly Associate position for Danfoss, a global market leader in climate and energy, in its Loves Park, IL facility. This person understands and acts upon instructions and procedures in order to complete assembly process. The individual we are looking for is self-sufficient, hard-working and able to work efficiently and productively in a fast paced production environment.

Duties:

• Pick/pull materials for assemblers

• Restock components for assemblers

• Light assembly of components

• Attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts

• Attention to quality

• Comply with safety requirements

• Ability to function as a team member

• Looking for 2nd and 1st shift

Job is Mon-Fri but must be available to work Saturdays as needed based on business volume. 1st shift: 7a-330p

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
