Looking for an experienced, driven Recruiter for a fast-growing client in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will be a resilient and innovative recruiter who will help develop best practices to source, engage, attract, and retain top manufacturing talent. This person needs to have several years of recruitment within the following manufacturing skillsets: welder, fitter, machine operator, material handler, and paint technician. Helpful if this person has also recruited for technical professional roles such as designer/drafter, various engineering roles, and project managers.
Develop, implement, and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process to include sourcing, candidate care, and partnering with Operations and Human Resources
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies based on the available role, location, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
Lead interview and hiring initiatives both virtual and onsite at various manufacturing locations in accordance to all current health and safety standards
Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
Provides information about the organization and position to candidates.
Post openings to appropriate Internet sources
Handling full recruiting life cycle
Identifying, establishing and maintaining community resources that will produce qualified candidates
Review resumes and evaluate if they meet the position requirements, Conduct interviews, recommend candidates for onsite interview, coordinate scheduling of onsite interviews, and assist in making decision to hire candidates
Bachelors Degree Preferred; open to candidates with Associates and 6+ years experience or HS Diploma and 8+ years of experience
Prefer candidates with 5+ years of experience recruiting for manufacturing positions
The ability to work independently
Able to adapt and thrive within a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to perform multiple projects simultaneously
Enjoy collaborating with HR colleagues regarding best sourcing strategies, programs software to utilize, and setting best practices
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
