OfficeTeam's client in Warrendale, PA has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant.
This position will be a Level 1 Help Desk position and be comprised of 75% help desk assistance and 25% administrative duties such as answering the phone, answering emails and filing.
This position will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (there is potential for flexibility through the hiring manager) and will be 100% remote at this time, but ultimately will lead to an on-site opportunity.
This position will be primarily answering the phone, answering emails, and help desk support for basic software questions - 75% help desk support and 25% administrative duties.
This position will encompass PowerPoint presentations, outside meetings and taking minutes. Our client is seeking someone friendly with the strong ability to work with others. Familiarity with E Audit Net and TPG (Transportation Power Generation) are preferred but not required.
This is a 3 month project with the opportunity to become a direct role with the company. Our client is looking for someone with strong customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and tech savviness.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use the internet for research
- Command of Answering Inbound Calls
- Back office support experience highly desired
- Email Correspondence experience
- Customer service experience desired
- Application support experience
- Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
