JPM Payments-Liquidity & Account Solutions, Product Manager, VP

JPMorgan Chase Jersey City, NJ Full-Time
We are looking for a Vice President level Product Manager to lead the Earnings Credits Rates offering (ECR). This position reports directly into the Regional Head of Liquidity Solutions. Given the relevance and interconnection of this product with the rest of Liquidity and Payments product offering, this position will act as a key partner to ensure the product evolves along with client needs, and that the ongoing operation is founded on robust processes and controls.

Responsibilities of the role include:

**Product Management**

+ Subject matter expert to our partners and clients on the product set

+ Product Pricing Governance and Exception Monitoring

+ Partner with Technology teams, Operations teams, Sales, Client Service, Risk, Legal, Compliance and other Lines of Business that utilize product set

+ Assist in the development of business requirements for technology initiatives - GLASS platform rebuilds

+ Represent the business / product in risk reviews and audits of product set

+ Develop product marketing and sales materials and ready to launch activities

+ Deliver product training

+ Ensure regulatory compliance with new and emerging regulation

+ Senior escalation point for client issue resolution

**Drive product strategy execution**

+ Translate product aspirations into specific goals and articulate product strategy for key clients

+ Lever on data to provide insights on portfolio trends and set action plans, including changes in rate environment and client behavior

+ Gather competitive intelligence partnering with Sales, understand industry trends and connect with global peers to drive the strategic agenda of the product (how to reach the next level)

+ Prioritize and track the execution on product enhancement initiatives. Align communication across the organization on product updates

+ Develop business cases and accelerate the implementation of new solutions, by connecting with partners in critical support functions, other lines of business and regions


+ Relevant experience in Transactional Services, Cash or Liquidity Management (minimum 7 years of experience)

+ Execution-oriented self-starter who likes to take initiative and is able to deliver in efficient and effective ways

+ Strong leadership skills, demonstrating experience of operating successfully within larger cross functional organizations

+ Strong problem-solving and strategic skills.

+ Solid background on presenting and communicating to senior stakeholders

+ Organizational, administration and project management competencies.
