Job Description:


Sales reps will be responsible for fielding and placing calls to potential members. These reps will be talking with individuals looking to join the Medicare program. They will be consulting them on the process and what plan is best for them. A typical phone call will include investigative questions, digging, and verification to find out what plan is best to pitch. From there they will advise the potential member on which direction is best to go. These calls are going to be form 10 - 30 minutes. A true sales call. The training period will provide a guide on how to conduct and go through the insurance plans - but the training class can't teach sales. These candidates will need to have experience or interest in asking a number of questions to find out how they will best consult the member. There will be anywhere from 25 - 50 calls per day.
