About the role

This position will be responsible for selling Dialysis consumables, products and services throughout their regional territory that incorporate their knowledge and thorough understanding of Cantel’s product lines and standards. Additionally, this individual will explore market leads, identify market opportunities and design a strategic sales plan.  #CB

What you will do

  • Promote, source and secure new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas
  • Relationship-selling, partnering and managing of accounts
  • Meet sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
  • Build strong client relationships and engage in business discussions to grow accounts organically
  • Build customer relationships to increase sales revenue while prospecting new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a sales strategy for the assigned territory
  • Build the sales pipeline to drive revenue
  • Exceed sales objectives through aggressive territory management
  • Demonstrate products and services and assist customers in the selection of those best suited to their needs
  • Familiarize established accounts with products, services and developments (market penetration)
  • Create sales presentations, messages, position statements and other sales collateral
  • Prepare documents such as price quotations, terms of sales, delivery, etc. in accordance with established procedures
  • Submit required reporting such as weekly and monthly sales reports, projected pipeline, and CRM data
  • Help ensure the success of the marketing plan through sales efforts directed towards our customer base
  • Participate in all sales training and other continuing education
  • Additional duties as requested or required by the Director of Sales

What we are looking for

  • 4-6 years of industry experience with DH, RO Water Treatment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or Biology or related discipline
  • Familiarity with HD and Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment
  • Previous experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Proficient computer skills required including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, independent, Self-Starter and ability to work under pressure of Budget and timelines
  • Good work organizer, team player, strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Travel between 50%-70% within specified territory
