ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Partner with Sales leads in developing and executing business plan for assigned accounts
- Work with Sales leads on identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Communicate with internal departments to help bring focus on key strategic objectives or issues arising from your accounts
- Serve as the communication liaison between key account sales leaders and different internal departments
- Create POS reports, analyze and summarize to gauge program effectiveness and suggest adjustments to future line reviews
- Work with Product Development and Sales on P&L creation
- Assist Forecasting and Replenishment team with channel budget management and planning
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience in the Brick and Mortar (B&M) retail channel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid merchandising sense and problem solving skills
- Understanding of concepts related to brand and product marketing, and merchandising
- Ability to successfully manage several different initiatives/projects simultaneously
