Kelly Services has an excellent opportunity to put your skills and experience to work in a local corporate food processing company. Kelly Services is seeking candidates for opportunity working as a Sales Support Specialist for our customer located in Austin, MN.
Performs research and resolution duties associated with all deductions, check payment requests and credit types in a team environment. This includes identifying, researching, collecting appropriate supporting documentation and determining the appropriate resolution type in an audit compliant manner using the support of the Sales Support Clerk.
Creates requests to customers, field sales and other's within Hormel in order to resolve open items.
Responds to sales requests concerning spending and fund availability, which includes understanding the role and function of sales as relates to promotion entry and execution.
Performs statement management by monitoring key measures and responding accordingly in order to drive improvements where needed and stay within goal.
Works with sales to analyze deductions in order to recognize liabilities properly and actualize promotional events.
Collaborates with team members and other areas for the purpose of deduction prevention and process improvement.
Handles identification, invoice preparation and collection of invalid deductions.

Preferred

Post high school accounting classes or accounting related experience.
