The Recruiter is responsible for providing best-in-class service to our candidates and clients by developing and executing robust, custom recruiting plans. As the primary recruiting source for our business, the Recruiter must continually strive to meet and exceed recruiting activity goals and client expectations for talent delivery.
The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to support the execution of customized recruiting plans to deliver talent as request by our clients. Daily responsibilities include:
Candidate Sourcing - Develop and deploy job postings to an extensive network of recruiting sites and leverage internal and external databases to identify candidate skill sets that match current opportunities.
Candidate Qualification - Conduct initial verbal assessment to gauge candidate interest level and basic qualifications for various potential positions.
Candidate Interviews - Conduct in-depth interview - in-person, phone, or virtual - to evaluate and identify our top candidates for a select role.
Successful candidates would possess most or all of the following qualifications for the Recruiter position
Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of high volume recruiting experience
Prior experience with sourcing, interviewing, or candidate qualification processes preferred
Must be self-driven with ability to work independently with remote leadership support
Professional oral, phone, and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Positive team presence providing support and enthusiasm to all team members
