**Job Description**

When you join Oracle Consulting as a Change Navigation professional, you become part of a small, fast growing team charged with re-energizing how we help our customers plan, manage and sustain organizational change. Due to customer demand, our Change Navigation Practice is growing and our team is laser-focused on using our methodology, tools and teams to simplify the journey to a cloud-enabled workforce. Our mantra is to simplify, accelerate the pace of change and reduce the cost of adopting our suite of cloud solutions. Our tools and methodologies map a comprehensive path to the cloud.

Our team is well-versed in all Oracle Cloud applications and product pillars including Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management and Customer Experience. Interested in being a part of a dynamic Change Navigation team leveraging our proven methodology, assets and bringing them to our customer base? We are looking for talented, energetic, individuals with a knack for designing solutions, building customer relationships, solving problems and engaging communications.


Your primary responsibilities will align with our own organizational transformation: Delivery Excellence, Customer Experience and Developing Top Talent. In addition:

+ Plan, develop and execute the Change Navigation deliverables such as the Change Strategy, Communication Plan, End User Enablement Plan and Change Impact Analysis

+ Exceed customer expectations by demonstrating outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation capabilities, analysis, creative thinking and solutions

+ Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, team development activities, team morale and coaching

+ Provide insight into our methodology and IP to continually improve and transform our change proficiencies

+ Create new Change Navigation innovations

**A Day in the Life**

**Strategize** : Managers will work closely with internal and client stakeholders to develop change solutions to drive adoption and sustained Oracle system use. Managers will lead customer engagement with senior stakeholders at the VP, Sr VP and C-level, establish trust and confidence in our capabilities, team, and methodology. Managers will be viewed as trusted advisors who can clearly articulate the aspects of change management and can bring it to life within a client's culture.

**Analyze:** Managers will lead the team's effort to constantly assess the effectiveness of the change effort. Managers will oversee the development of stakeholder engagement and analysis, action items to increase understanding and adoption and assess readiness for go-live.

**Execute:** Managers will lead their team's efforts to execute against the plans by coaching, motivating and providing examples to expedite the work. Managers will lead by example in demonstrating our ability to deliver.

**Build the practice:** Managers will help build the Change Navigation practice by contributing to methodology, assets, knowledge sharing and developing talent. Managers will sell through delivery excellence. Managers will be good stewards of our talent and lead internal practice calls, learning sessions and talent development.

**To be successful in this role, you:**

+ Possess 5-10 years of management consulting change leadership experience

+ Have experience leading a team

+ Have experience on enterprise implementations &/or transformations

+ Have experience using Oracle-adjacent technologies and/or integrating other technologies with Oracle

+ Are a relationship builder at your core

+ Have a curious mind and demonstrate a passion for customer service, delivery excellence and developing talent

+ Are self-starter, confident and driven with strong organizational skills

+ Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport

+ Have excellent presentation skills coupled with an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner

+ Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty, navigate ambiguous situations and solve complex problems

+ Are able to travel to customer sites, if required

**Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)**

California Pay Range: from $107,400 to $214,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $84,200 to $193,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $101,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $113,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
