Clinical Director (Lead BCBA)

The Clinical Director operates with oversight and guidance from the regional leadership team and Chief Clinical Officer in order to carry out the essential duties and responsibilities outlined below to provide overall leadership, quality assurance, and managerial support for their assigned clinic site. The Clinical Director is an exempt leadership role responsible for the quality of all client programs and is jointly responsible for the growth of the clinic. This position works collaboratively with the on-site Office Manager/Administrator to manage the intake/onboarding of new staff members and new clients, while ensuring all clients are receiving the highest quality treatment in a timely and ethical manner. Training and Professional Development opportunities available to develop and strengthen your skillset as a BCBA Annual CEU Stipend & Certification Renewal Reimbursement Employee Incentive Referral Program Competitive salary rates are offered, commensurate with experience, with bi-weekly bonus incentives available Clinically sustainable caseload size Internal administrative staff to support and assist with operational tasks such as: staffing, case management, credentialing, client intake and authorization and billing functions Job Responsibilities: Administer assessments including but not limited to VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis Develop reports, i.e., behavior identification assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries. Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff skills needed for the client’s program. Monitor progress regularly via visual analysis and make program changes when indicated. Train and supervise behavior technician’s implementation of ABA procedures and interventions giving support as needed and providing feedback regarding data collection and recording Evaluate and graph data for program analysis and progress Follow company policies and requirements set by the BACB. Provide adequate monthly supervision to RBTs per BACB guidelines Meet billable hours productivity requirement Maintain BACB biennial certification by fulfilling recertification requirements Monitor all client authorizations and client report submissions to ensure timely report filing and prevent lapses in authorized care Review clinical documentation of Program Supervisors to ensure quality standards are met and client is progressing towards their individualized goal selections Other related duties as assigned or requested Job Requirements: Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. A minimum of three (3) years prior professional experience working with clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Expert knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and approaches found to benefit individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including familiarity with current related research findings.
