The Minneapolis Pro Staff, in partnership with a Dental Insurance company located in downtown Minneapolis, is seeking a a tech-savvy and motivated Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will assist the team in performing day to day HR and administrative duties. The qualified candidate would have experience working in human resources and benefits. This role would be a temp to hire, full-time position paying between $20-24 per hour depending on experience.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably talent acquisition and on-boarding
- MUST have experience in UltiPro
- Human Resources or Business Management bachelors degree preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and document editing
- Have excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to pass client screening requirements
