Roxbury is seeking an HR Coordinator/Recruiter to join our fun and fast-paced HR Team. As an HR Team Member you will provide exceptional customer service and Human Resources support in one of Universal Health Services’ premier behavioral healthcare facilities. This role is critical to the success of all HR processes with an emphasis on recruitment responsibilities. As an HR Coordinator / Recruiter you will:
Develop and maintain ongoing recruitment of candidates, including nurses, counselors, therapists, and direct patient care staff.
Collaborate and develop innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions.
Build relationships with community partners and coordinate recruiting activities and events as needed. Will promote Roxbury at recruiting events on and off-site.
Onboard all new staff ensuring all company, government and regulatory standards are met. Organize and conduct new hire orientation for all new staff.
Provide guidance, service, solutions and training to leadership and all levels of employees.
Maintain knowledge of employment legal and regulatory agency guidelines related to human resource issues facility-wide.
Develop effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
Oversee employee leave of absence and FMLA program.
Oversee employee loss control program, including OSHA reporting.
Oversee the Service Excellence Committee to promote standards of professionalism, team building, and treating all patients, staff, and visitors as a guest.Oversee employee
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Contribute to ongoing human resource dashboard data.
Process HR transactions in our HRIS system, including data entry, tracking, and running reports.
Process employee evaluation programs – probationary and annual.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Human Services concentration) plus 1 year of experience. Or High School Diploma with more than 5 years of direct human resources experience.
