We have a new opportunity for a Remote Licensed Director, Retirement Planner in the Greater Metro Las Vegas, NV area. The position is remote and requires that you reside in the Greater Las Vegas (within 90 miles) area. We offer virtual interviewing and onboarding, as well as access to our virtual training and support. Full access to work from home capabilities to support our clients over the phone.

As a Director, Retirement Planner, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team consisting of the Managing Director, Workplace Regional Manager, Planning & Guidance team, and retail partners.\u202F You will facilitate high-quality 1:1 meetings with retirement plan participants, including basic plan overviews and more complex income planning and portfolio reviews. You ll be responsible for understanding the client s unique financial situation and providing personalized solutions. You will partner with the team to consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, growing Personal & Workplace Investments business in your region, client profitability, creating plan level opportunities and driving crossover relationships.\u00A0
