The Assistant Manager, Process Audit & Governance, is responsible for reviewing and leading policies and processes of the Service operation in North America from a governance perspective including various process improvement and assessment tasks.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create guideline of operation process for cross functional areas based on corporate policy

  • Assess operation risk by reviewing any changes in the process or policy and provide feedback and recommendation of changes

  • Coordinate and lead process analysis and review among subsidiaries in North America and manage benchmark projects for standardization as needed

  • Ensure that all the business processes in Divisions are compliant with corporate policy

  • Oversight process changes and system updates and ensure all improvement are properly coordinated in advance

  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors

Background/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor Degree (in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field), required

  • Prior experience of 4-6 years in internal audit, process improvement, product/program/project management or similar role/functions

  • Prior system based project experience preferred

  • Experience in service operation such as Call Center operation, Warranty Administration is a plus

  • Detailed data analysis, Problem solving skill, with strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills required

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to identify and/or resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies

  • Curious mindset with an ability to think critically and proactively to identify issues and escalate findings

  • Strong sense of integrity and the ability and willingness to challenge (to be challenged)

  • Ability to inspire an active culture of risk management and continuous improvement
