Home Instead Senior Care provides care to Seniors in their homes. Our CAREGivers assist aging adults in private homes or local care facilities to enhance their lives and assist with daily tasks.

Client Care Coordinator

     Client Care Coordinator

  • Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a service plan
  • Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process
  • Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client’s care
  • Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions with new client/new CAREGiver shift

Requirements include:

  • Strong computer skills, including data entry
  • Healthcare experience desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem solver in fast-paced environment
  • Must have good driving record
  • Attention to detail and follow up imperative
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Negotiable Salary, Medical Benefits, Paid Vacation, Great Team environment. Must submit to background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.
