Spine Sales Representative

Invenia Group Oklahoma, US (Onsite) Full-Time

Are you a seasoned spine sales professional with a passion for cutting-edge technology? This company is an innovative start-up in spinal surgery and is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive the adoption of their groundbreaking solution.


What You’ll Do:



  • Lead Sales Efforts: Drive territory growth by introducing new and disruptive product to spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, and healthcare professionals in Texas.

  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, surgery centres, and physician practices.

  • Promote Innovation: Educate surgeons and clinical teams on the benefits of our integrated technology, which simplifies procedures, enhances precision, and improves patient outcomes.

  • Expand Market Share: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory while managing and growing existing accounts.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to align sales strategies with product development and company objectives.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by executing effective sales strategies and managing the full sales cycle.


What We’re Looking For:



  • Current Spine Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically in spinal surgery or related fields.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in territory management, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong Network: Established relationships with spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, and key stakeholders in the spine industry.

  • Hunter Mentality: A self-driven, proactive sales professional with a passion for opening new accounts and growing market presence.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex medical devices and procedures to a highly specialized audience.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
