We are seeking an Office Administrator- to support our Sales department. Sales Support Admin will Develop, implement and maintains efficient and economic programs to assist the Sales force in meeting objectives, within a designated region.
Sales Administrator needs to be comfortable working within computer systems and navigating databases. They have four different systems that they utilize for various functions/tasks. In this role, the selected candidate will have to navigate through each system depending on the request to tackle the assigned task.
MS Excel Experience is required. Must be able to complete simple formulas, VLOOKUPS, using Macros (already created, not recording new Macros), totals & subtotals, and comfort working within spreadsheets.
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Office Admin Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments
Proficient in Excel, spreadsheets
Answer inbound telephone calls and make outbound calls
Implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Office Admin Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
