Quality Assurance Systems Leader
Key responsibilities :
Strategy Development:
Designing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, including quality metrics and performance indicators.
System Oversight:
Managing and maintaining the company's QMS, including documentation, procedures, and quality management software.
Compliance Assurance:
Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, conducting audits and assessments to identify potential risks and non-compliance issues.
Process Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement in quality processes, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to integrate quality considerations into product development, operations, and customer service.
